Ugo is graduated in Philosophy and in Psychology, and holds a BA degree in Business Administration and a graduation in Law. He also completed extension courses in Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
He built his career in Human Resources, ascending to corporate executive positions in HR, such as a Director of Administration and Human Resources at Xerox Brazil, Cyanamid; a Director and Member of the Board at domestic Grupo Eluma and Casas Pernambucanas.
He also worked as an Associate at Boyden Brazil, then as an Executive Search Consultant and a Director of that area at Coopers & Lybrand, then at Arthur Andersen and at TMP.
In 2002, Ugo joined Horton Int’l. as a Senior Partner in Executive Search, Management Assessment, Executive Coaching consulting and Leadership consulting (group coaching). He published 7 books on “People Management in the Organizations”. He joined Taplow Brasil, as a Partner, in Q4 of 2014.
