Juraci holds a BA degree in Business Administration and has completed several other extension courses in Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. His experience includes working with local and foreign organizations in management and then in senior/directors’ positions in the Finance area, at Siderúrgica Paulista and Onan-Montgomery and then in Human Resources at BASF/Glasurit, Schering-Plough, Hoechst and C&A Brenninkmeyer.
In 1992, he founded his own executive search firm VBCA, along with other partners, which became the local representative firm of U. S. Ward Howell International, subsequently rebranded Signium International.
In 2008, BusinessWeek listed Juraci as one of “World’s Most Influential Headhunters”.
In 2012, he joined Taplow Brasil Consultores as a Managing Partner.
